·Composition of main materials We can formulate any products according to customers' technical specifications and application requirements, by selecting various types of rubber, matching up with right vulcanizing agent, anti-aging agent, reinforcing agent, filling agent, and softening agent. At the same time, we can according to the customers' requirements in drawings prepare suitable dies and presses for vulcanizing the products in various shapes and structures.
·Features 1. It has excellent property to absorb energy of vibration and impact, and is good at dampening. 2. High rating in electric resistance, with excellent electric insulation (when needed). 3. It is good at weather resistance, and has best sealing performance. 4. It has good property to resist oil that it can resist against expansions from fatty oil, lube oil, hydraulic oil, fuel oil, and solution oil, as well as resisting to acid or alkali chemical mediums. 5. It has good property to resist weather as low as -60℃, and as high as 350℃. 6. Its physical and mechanical functions can meet requirements in application, respectively.
·Applications and types 1. Products of rubber seal, such as 0-ring seals, oil seals, pneumatic diaphragms for cars, etc. 2. Useful for vibro-dampening rubber products, such as rubber-air springs, rubber vibro-damper for cars, rubber pad for railway sleepers, etc., with a wide application in vibro-dampening and sound muting in cars, railway transport, bridge construction, mechanical and electric types of equipment. 3. Useful for hard rubber in battery slots. 4. Useful for industrial structures and buildings, such as for industrial vulcanized rubber plates and waterproof rubber sheet rolls. 5. Useful for all rubber products in printing industry, such as press rubber roll. 6. Useful for all rubber insulating products in the electric field. 7. Useful for all rubber components in the electric industry, such as protective lines, water-resistant rubber plugs, etc. in types of electric equipment. 8. Useful for all non-toxic and non-odorous product series which are required by the toy industry.
